Privacy Policy

Hermes Mail is a personal, self-hosted integration operated for its account owner.

Google data

After explicit OAuth consent, Hermes Mail may access Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts, Sheets, and Docs data only within the permissions granted by the account owner. It uses that data solely to carry out the owner’s requested actions.

Storage and disclosure

OAuth credentials are stored on the operator’s self-hosted server. Google data is processed locally and may be included in a request to an AI provider only when the owner asks Hermes to process that data. Hermes Mail does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

Revoking access

The owner can revoke access at any time in the Google Account security settings or by removing the local OAuth token.
